Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Transfered call to finance dept. "MARK Jackson" took call. Stated because of low credit score, fair, would require credit repair deposit to boost credit score to qualify for the loan amount requested. Dispite my suspicious questioning they reassured being legitimate. Credit repair/boost required confidential credentials. They made deposit with instruction to let alone overnight to receive call in am for further instruction to return deposit to LendingTree. Whereas credit score would be boosted to qualify for $5000 loan to be complete.
Call was to be 08:00 to 09:00 today, 12/12/24.
Surprise, no call!
Further investigation revealed my account **** ***** ********** **** * ********** ** was being "held".
The rest is history... I still need a loan to consolidate debt.
