I have filed 2 claims already. The fraudulent check had the following information on:

WALTER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT - 3000 BAYPORT DR - TAMPA FL 33607

I looked up this company and they are permanently closed.

Please do something.

I received a call from Lending Tree regarding a loan application they received from me. I applied for a few different loans and could not remember the names. I went ahead with the call. They stated they could give me a loan of $2000 and paying it back monthly with payments of $116. I was okay with that. He asked me to provide my information like my name dob and street address. He went ahead and asked for my social security number. I told him that I would not be providing that and would like to move forward with the application. I went ahead and proceeded without using my social. By the end of the call they stated my loan was approved and that they needed my bank account log in and password. I went on to say I will not provide you that information. They stated its only to verify that it was a real account and was under my name. I said there are other ways that you can verify who I am. I said I will not provide you that information. He said well that's okay you are approved anyway. I said what were the terms he stated that they would deposit $200 to my account and that I would need to send the $200 back via Cash App or Walmart in order to receive the $2000. I stated that's a red flag for me. I will not be sending you information like this. I said you all are scammers and I am reporting you all to the BBB. They went on to say that they were a legit company. I ended the call. I was able to locate a Lending Tree but it was for a different city and state not linked to the one that called me plus they had a grade F Scam on the website to BBB. Plus another red flag was the email address. Companies dont have gmail's as their business address. plus it was spelled incorrectly. Beware of Lending Tree.

58674 recs text from 58674 stating my loan has been approved. I thought this was a scam and I clicked on link. It says they are Lendingtree.com and included copies of the loan agreement stating they work closely with ScamPulse.com and copies of loans are sent to them!! (LOL). However the loan documents state to call on their "Hotline" and have all banking info available including all logins and passwords!!! Their document states they will wire an amount between $300 to $7000 as a test and that I would have to cash this out and wire it back!!!
