I was reached out to about a loan approval and in order to get the loan, the company claimed they had to build my credit score with the credit bureau. In order to do that, they would credit my account money and I would pay it back to build credit. They deposited fraud checks into my account and had me send the money back to “build credit and my credit score”. The checks later reversed.
