Loan company. I was borrowing $5000.00. The said to put $200.00 on a Wal-mart money card green dot that it would not be used that I would have it on the card. I got the card but didn’t activate it. Gave them the numbers they said the money would be in my account in 15 minutes. I call the number on the card to activate it but no money was on it. They said they had gotten the money off the card and would put it on the loan bringing the loan to 5200.00and that I should send them $500.00 more for insurance on the loan I refuse and they are saying they can not return my 200.00
