Type of a scam Online Purchase

Online purchase - No product delivered, no response

Ordered a product from an online social media ad. No product received after 6 weeks. Multiple contact attempts made on their website and to their email address listed in the email confirmation I received. Their email address, [email protected] appears to be closed/full now. Bounce back message on my last attempt.

I made a purchase online for a product and the person or company. Told me it was delivered to wrong address and then after eating a month I re-sent a email explaining I wanted refund or the product now they don’t respond at all.
