When I asked to return the product, firt they offered 20% discount, then 40% discount and keep the product. When I insisted to return the product, they gave return address in China and probably the return shippment is close to $ 30. The shoe is probably not even worth 5 dollars, its such a bad quality. The front person (on the shipping label is Alice, 4501 S Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA 90058) should be traced in CA.
