I purchased my product and once the confirmation was emailed to me stating my package was delivered, I went to check and there was no package. I went to my neighbors and the post office and no one has seen my package. When I contacted customer service, they stated there was nothing they can do about it and that my address number was never placed on my order, when I informed them, I did add my number to my address but when I pressed submit the number went away, they still stated there’s nothing they can do if they can do and ignored the fact that I’ve never received the product

I bought 3 pairs of glasses. They filled an incorrect prescription on 2/3 of the glasses so I called to ask for a refund. The phone number does not work. I then emailed them. They are now asking for my prescription paperwork with my personal information on it. There is no reason for this as my prescription was filled correctly on one of the items. Therefore it’s 100% their fault that the other two items are incorrect. They are persistent and refuse a refund even though it’s within their return window/policy.

This is a scam, they only want my personal information.
