I had seen & heard great reviews from this company who sells frames & prescription glasses. I was interested in buying some frames so bought 3 pairs on 11/8 the order was sent to shipping on 11/11. I have no receive any new updates on my order, have called the number that was on said website & the message said number no longer in service. I’ve emailed no response I've even messaged the facebook profile & will not receive any update/response on my order. I’ve even talked to others whom have order since then & said they never received their orders or refunds. It’s very frustrating when you don’t receive an order & work very hard for your money.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I got my bifocals reasonably fast, left lens is fine, right lens is completely wrong. Lensmart goofed on the cylinder reading on my RX and then tried to blame ME for the error. Said I wrote it wrong on the order form! I didn't fill out an order form; I sent them the RX and THEY filled it out wrong. I was an optician for 22 years and didn't have a successful practice by messing up RXs! They offered to refund me the price for my frame: $6. It would be laughable if this outfit wasn't so crooked. They then said they would remake the bad lens if I paid again. Their answer is always "lenses are a custom product and cannot be sold twice". Yeah, that's why you want to make them correctly the FIRST time, because if you don't the company must absorb the cost, not the customer! See incorrect RX information in the 2 photos. False advertising, NO real refund policy, NO customer service, and the quality of the goods is terrible. Add to that the fact that they do all this work OUTSIDE OF THE US. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY OUTFIT.

I purchased two pairs of glasses. They were progressive lenses that were made incorrectly resulting in me not being able to see through them . I asked to return the glasses and also told them to make me two more pair of glasses. After receiving my return they did not correspond when i would get the new glasses. After waiting 4 weeks they finally say one of the frames i chose was put of stock could i pick a new frame? I was frustrated waiting all this time and the only way to correspond with them is through email and you get one email a day. I told them to just refund me my money Im not waiting any longer. I just want my money back. They keep giving me the run around and wont directly answer my emails to send my money back. Then i get an email that says they can refund 90%. Still did not send it and the day after that they say they i can get a refund of 70%. This is the most horrible customer service and i feel like Im being scammed out of my money.
