I was billed for Geek Squad and to get a refund I had use a website from a bank in Peru on 3/14/24. The scammer told me how to put in the amount, which was supposed to be $300. I was told it mistakenly went into my Chase account a $30,000 and I needed to wire the money back to Interbank in Peru. The scammer took over my account and told me that Chase gave them permission to resolve the issue without creating a fraud alert. The after 10 days the Interbank was unable to receive to wire from Chase. The scanner showed me the money was still in my account but I couldn’t see it. I was them told to get cash and a courier was sent to my home to pick it up on 3/27/24.
