I was looking for a Maltipoo puppy and came across his website. Instantly fell in love with Maple. Mr. Leon's site looked legit. I have never bought a puppy that I would need shipped, so I asked friends and family. I was assured it was all safe. It wasn't until the payment method came up that red flags were waving. It was also bothersome that this person wanted everything done by email. No phone calls, very little by way of text. When he said Zelle for payment or Google pay, I set up both, but Zelle wouldn't work and he said Google pay would take 3 days to clear. I would need $950 in iTunes cards or in Walmart gift cards. I thought about it for a day and went ahead and bought the iTunes. Then after, I really started digging in and discovered I have been scammed. Steer clear.
