This is a total scam. I don't even think they have puppies. The Leonard Teacup Chihuahua family and the animal pets transport people they use as part of the scam took us for 500 dollars but tried to get an additional 1600 dollars for delivery of the puppy. Stating it was insurance on the puppy.

Shame on these people for taking advantage of people who want a puppy and it could be for emotional reasons or for children.
