I placed an order on Christmas day for some hoodie blankets. today is 2/12/2024 and I have made several attempts to contact their "support" team so I could ask for an update initially, then ask for a refund since so much time has passed and I have not received a single response. I did some research from what I could and saw that this company LeonPlum operates under Kentesh LTD. I contacted them through their other sister company website and sent in another request for a reply and to initiate a refund. *********************************************************. I have heard absolutely nothing from this company and there is hardly an information to contact them. A company address is listed on their website as Unit 1l Felix Business & Distribution Park Birrell Street, Stoke-On-Trent, ST4 3NX, England. This is the website I found their company number ************************************************ but again I was not able to find much else.
