I will address one issue at a time.
1. I sent you the materials for both the state and Fed exams via UPS. I have a delivery confirmation from UPS. I provided you with a tracking # and a date of delivery. I have your records on file including all of our email communications. I spoke with you several times (I have dates and detailed phone records on your file including all of my emails reaching out to you) and there was no mention of any "missing materials" for the Fed exam when we spoke or via email. Furthermore, when I tested you for your first mock exam again, no mention of any missing materials. I have an email from you thanking me for the follow up because you had dropped out of the weekly mock exams without any notice, and I was following up with you. Again, no mention of any missing materials in your email. It was 5 months later that I received an email from you telling me that you did not receive the materials for the Fed exam. If this were in fact true, you would have told me when you received your initial UPS package with the materials in Sept of 2020. You would not have waited until February of 2021. You waited 5 months to notify me you had missing materials. That makes no sense. Mistakes happen, maybe you lost the materials and didn't realize it until 5 months after the fact, so it wouldn't have been a problem for us to send you replacements immediately, but you chose to blame and make false accusations instead. The fact is, IF you had not received your materials as you claimed in your UPS package, you would have contacted me immediately to let me know. You would not have waited 5 months.
2. Lesley is the individual that writes all of the materials for both exams and all CEUs. She was always accessible to you as she is with all the AIT's who enroll in her prep course. That said, you did not take advantage of that option. That was your choice. Please take responsibilities for your own choices.
3. Regarding the 55 flash cards per week. When you initially enrolled in the prep course, you had 16 weeks to prepare for your state exam. For whatever reasons, you decided to take your exam in a 6 WEEK time frame instead. SO, YOU CRAMMED A 16 WEEK PROGRAM INTO A 6 WEEK PROGRAM. (I have this confirmed in an email which you wrote to me) That is the ONLY REASON you were studying 55 flash cards per week. You had 10 weeks LESS to study and prepare for your exam. You changed your mind and that was YOUR CHOICE. It had nothing to do with me or this prep course, it was strictly your decision. Moreover, with only 6 weeks to prepare for your exam, you simply dropped out of the weekly mock exams without any notice. Those weekly mock exams are instrumental to gage your progress and focus on any weak areas. Again, your decision. Please, stop blaming me and this prep course and take responsibility for your own decisions/choices.
3. Your comment that I did not provide you Lesley's contact information is misleading and untruthful. While in the AIT prep course, you had access to Lesley to answer your regulatory questions, but you were combative and threatening, you wanted to speak with her to complain not to ask regulatory questions. While I forwarded her your emails, as the office manager, I am the appropriate person that was handling the situation, and I explained that to you each time you sent me a new threatening email.
4. Refunds: We have a no refund policy. When we sent out materials to you, provided a detailed plan of action, provided you with specific homework assignments, etc. we do not provide refunds as stated on the website. Additionally, you requested a refund 5 months AFTER you you enrolled in the prep course. This is unacceptable on any level. I doubt any prep course would have refunded your money 5 months later.
Shame on you for posting slanderous and deceitful statements online, claiming a scam on this course that has been in business for 16 years with a high pass rate and an exceptional reputation and profound testimonials from all over the country!
It's one thing to personally attack me, I can handle that but when you wrongly attack Lesley's prep course, her business without a single truth behind your false and slanderous accusations that could potentially affect her business, you've crossed a line. There are consequences and legal ramifications to your slanderous statements and falsehoods.
I have emails where I tried to de-escalate the situation and I offered to work with you, I offered to talk on the phone, but you declined each time. Again, if you dislike me, or personally attack me, that's fine, but for you to allege this prep course is a scam is 100% untruthful and slanderous. Not only are your statements slanderous, false, and misleading, but they leave you open for potential litigation. You cannot simply make statements like these and believe there are no legal ramifications. Shame on you!
