I had entered into a contract for a puppy. Cost $660 and 230. For delivery. I was told the dog was on the way and then the transport co: Eagle-TL of Houston Tx (who I will reporting also) started asking for money money to the tune of 2400. We believe both were in partnership I volvi g this scam.
