Received a call from *** ***. He said they were affiliated with *** and I had won. He said, I'll give you our address, my phone number, and the name of the other person you will be dealing with and call the ScamPulse.com Washington state, they can verify us. He said they had to have $400 in a certified something to send to their address and they can track it. He said we have KIRO tv to be there when you accept your check. I told him I'm not giving you any money until I see the whites of your eyes on my porch. He said the reason that I could be assured because IRS and ScamPulse.com would come down on them if not legitimate.
