I placed an order through Wish.com for a motorcycle helmet which was suppose to be D.O.T. certified. New Motorcycle Dual Visor Full Coverage with Bluetooth connectivity to smart phones. After all discounts applied it was $118.00 The ad also stated that the helmets run small so order next size up. I placed the order on 04/04/2021. received confirmation of the sale and stated as follows:

I left for my trip on 05/11/2021. I had planned to take the helmet with me. It arrived 05/20/2021. I returned 07/10/2021. When I returned the was too large and there was not a D.O.T. certification sticker on the back of the helmet. D.O.T. certified helmets are required in California. I contacted WISH.COM. They said too much time had passed. I explained that I contacted them as soon as I returned. And that the item was as originally shipped. The protective cover on the Visor had never been removed. Also informed them that the helmet did not have the required D.O.T. certification sticker on the back of the helmet as advertised. Also the helmet was too large. I returned the helmet to the return address on the original package. Which was:

I shipped the helmet in better packaging than it was originally shipped to me to ensure it's safe delivery. I shipped it through United Parcel Service. Paid for extra services so the package would be signed for at delivery along with a tracking number: 1Z977FW40315330160
PAID $17.51 with a debit card. I also went online and a person named Jessy signed for the package at the receiving dock. I conveyed all of this information through the messaging system of WISH.COM conversing with both WISH.COM AND DIXINGTANXIANAO.

I was told that because they could not find the item they were not going to return my money. And that they had no idea who the James Charles Less' More LTD was. When they supplied the shipping label. That's what I get for mailing to a stranger in Canada. I informed them that I had not mailed it to Canada. I shipped it to their return address in California.

I ordered 2 greenhouses on a Facebook advertisement for $25 each (separate orders). It stated the weight of the same was around 100 lbs. In practice, what arrived was one (1) gardening glove--twice--as I ordered the same product. I warned the business owner I would report unless he gave me a full refund. It never came, and there was no attempt to contact me in any way.

I ordered what looked like some beautiful Silk tops from a company that I found on the Internet about a month later I got a package in the mail and the return label on the package is JamesCharles. LESS’MORE Ltd. 1550 Glen Curtis St., Carson, CA 90746. I’ve been reading about the scams from this place called LESS’MORE Ltd. and I’m just going to contact my bank and show them all the negative comments that are on the Internet. It’s obvious that these tops were very cheaply made in China and I ordered a size large and they didn’t fit me; they’re made for the small Chinese women. I’m Sure that once I show my bank all the negative comments about this company that I’ll be able to get my money refunded.

Saw an pop up on Instagram for a huge family tent. Made the purchase and what I received was a huge piece of foil paper. Like the type you would make a balloon with. Getting no responses from either of the email addresses involved with a scam. There's no phone number to call. There's no store anymore online. The return address is james charles from Bensenville il!

This person or persons sell items made & shipped from China. Although the pants aren’t terrible, I won’t wear them. Too many fraudulent companies out there. I will stick with the stores I can trust, such as Macy’s, JC Penney, Nordstrom & the like. I learned a valuable lesson!

Ordered sandles, said they were Clarke’s were a knock off. Way too big poor quality not at all like picture. Had money back guarantee. Wouldn’t give me address to return them so I sent them back with a copy of receipt in the package they came in with the return address on the package. They email me and tell me 5.00 refund and are from China. Package return address is James Charles Less / More LTD in Illinois. This is where I sent them. Sandles totaled 48.00 plus 7 to ship back. No Sandles no cash back
