I ordered a spider pillow from lessnova that they advertised on Facebook and it was $19.99 plus tax and shipping, they took my money, sent me an email but couldn't track my package so after a month, I contacted them through the email and they wrote back saying they don't know what happened but they were shipping it out to me so, I thought cool, I'm going to get it finally, well, it came today 2 months later and I got a small metal thing, I don't even know what it is, no invoice, no name on it, so I wrote back and sent pics on what I got and a pic of what I was suppose to get and they told me that I could keep what I got and get a 20% refund or if I wanted a 100% refund I would have to ship this thing back and pay for shipping and it would take a month, so don't buy anything from Lessnova, they are scammers.
