I was offered a free trial of a sample size of a skin care from this company where I had to pay $5.99 for shipping, which was not bad. So, i went and gave my credit card details, my shipping address, my full name and my email address. I was charged on my credit card and the free sample was sent to me. When i got my credit card statement almost after 20 days, i saw that the company had charged my credi card for $129.99 and another charge after 6 days for $179.99.

I called my bank to dispute these charges, my credit card company contacted Lux vitalities but they shared my details that we have these details and these charges are legit. Now my credit card company wants me to pay $300 for these transactions, which i did not agree the company to use my details also i never received any product from the company.

I called the company but even before listening to the whole thing, they will reply yes, you did these purchases and hung up on me.

now i have reached out to the police to help me with this.
