They take you money and ask you to wait patiently. They stop responding when they feel pressure. They lie about time frame as the website also misleads. There is no direct contact only email. They remove sites when they feel people catching on to there scheme.

I have a similar experience. I purchase a game console for 56.96 where the transaction was taken immediately. I received a few responses as I waited. First time they said 1 to 2 weeks asking for patience. Next emailed me from an entirely different email saying it take 2 to 4 weeks until they stopped responding. I recently filed a claim. Not to mention they removed there fb account due to someone else not being happy with services and me responding about having there site shut down. This is a spam, dont fall for it.

I purchased 8 outlet wall plates with LED night light and was charged immediately but never received the items. I was in contact with the service department via email and they weren’t ever able to give me shipping and tracking information just kept asking that I be patient with them due to Covid outbreak with no information provided.
