I was asked by the owner of this restaurant to give her a loan to help her re-purchase restaurant equipment that was stolen from a storage unit. I loaned her $2,000 in July 9, 2018. She will not respond to any form of communication and has not paid back the loan due on January 9, 2019,

as per agreement
