I was on my Facebook account at the end of May and I saw an Advertisement on Facebook for a face cream associated Joanna Gaines from the HG TV Show, Fixer Upper. I ordered a sample through Facebook for $4.94 and an additional $1.98 handling. I paid through my bank card debit account. I received the product which was just a half ounce and a serum that I had not ordered. I noticed on my bank account a recurring charge. I called the company and they stated that there was a 14 day trial on the product and then I would be charged additionally. The total I was charged was $200.75 total. I have since cancelled the bank card. My bank stated that there was an additional charge trying to go through. I called the company and stated that this was a scam and the lady from the company stated that in fine print there was a cancellation policy. I ended up paying the whole purchase price for the product. I also stated that Joanna Gaines had nothing to do with the product and I feel it was a misrepresentation.
