On Feb 2,2017 I purchased a trial for 5 or 6 dollars each for eye cream and face cream. The eye cream burnt under my eyes and made them red and sore. Not any product I wanted to use again. Next thing I know on my birthday, Feb 16,2017 I was charged under the company name of PieroskinCA *** for 98.09. On Feb21,2017 I was charged under the name o Revitaseru *** for 89.29. Those same charges were repeated on Mar 20,2017 and Mar 21,2017. I reported the information to my bank. I called 888-584-5672 where I got the run around. I was told they would give me a 37% refund to keep the product, then a 60% refund. I refused so they said send it back at my expense and they would charge me a $9.95 restocking fee for unopened boxes. I was given cancellation #s for both products to no longer be charged.Then I was given another #8883402258. I was told this was their Direct Number. Now you get a person who speaks English! She said if you opened the trial items they can't be refunded so that puts me out now 187.38. If I want to send the March shipment back unopened then they will only charge me $9.95 per product for restocking fee. Eventually when I threatened the ScamPulse.com and sending the cream to be analyzed did they say I could send it back (on my dime) and 20 days after they receive the product they will start my refund. So basically they charge you for the trial like 10$ then 14 days later they charge you 98.09 and 89.29 for the trial you already paid 10$ for in the first place. Of course you have opened it because it is a trial!!!!! There needs to be a class action law suit filed on this scam business. Also the return company you send it back to is another name- Lejeune. It gets sent to the same address.
