I contacted this company for a small apartment move. 2 bdrm 2 ba 980 square foot apartment. Was quoted for 4-6 hour move. 4 hours guaranteed to movers at $160 per hour plus a flat travel rate. Additional time to he charged at $160 per hour prorated to15 minute increments he distance from 1 apartment to the next is 10 minutes. The first apartment had 1 flight of stairs down, the second apartment had an elevator to go 1 floor up.

Movers arrived at apartment at 9:15am. They were almost complete in emptying my apartment by 11:30 am. I left for about 2 hours. When I returned they had not done anything. Additionally, I found one of the movers going through my dresser.

I expressed my shock and concern to the owner at the 8.5 hour mark. He screamed at me.

The movers disappeared on route to the new apartment and were missing for 45 minutes. When they finally arrived, they forced me to pay almost $1800 dollars or they said they were going to take my possessions to their warehouse where they would keep them until I paid the amount they asked for. I gave them my credit card and allowed them to extort that money in order to get my possessions of the truck.

Additionally, they damaged a table and stained my temperpedic mattress.

What should hv been a 6 hour max move took 12 hours. The moving lead on site said that the 1794.75 was considered payment in full. Today they emailed me and and stated I owe them more money - which I dont intend to pay.

Lastly, we asked to inspect the truck to make sure all our possessions were off, and they drove away with out allowing us to confirm that everything was off the truck
