Ordered for $56 including delivery insurance (haha...). I contacted the email (info@..) right away and got a response - so far, so good.
Unfortunately, despite having used a tracking page, the package never arrived at my front door.
They claimed (of course!) that it was the carrier's fault. On the question of who the actual carrier in the US is (USPS, FedEx, ...) I never got an answer.
I've claimed a refund and even agreed to 70% of the sum, but nothing happened (of course). Now they claim it's the bank's fault (of course!).
Learned my lesson. Never ever react to ads on Facebook again.
