Two charges were made to my Amex in the amount of $560 to a company called Lev-el. I've learned they sell Thrive (health shake & vitamins). I disputed them. The company shows the items were delivered to my name, my address. I come home a couple weeks later, no boxes from Lev-el to return but there are two FedEx call tags for two boxes picked up from my house and shipped to Hollywood, FL the same day the Lev-el boxes were delivered to me via USPS.
