Ordered memorial jewelry for my horse hair never received any thing after multiple times of being told it would arrive in 5-7 days. She told me at one point that I didn’t pay for what I ordered and tried to get my to pay again until I showed her proof of purchase. She’s repeatedly ignored my emails and Facebook messages making up ridiculous excuses when she does even get back to me. She refuses to show proof that she has my stuff
