He comes to your house to give you a bid to level concrete and coat it with epoxy. He says he needs a deposit to hold your place in line. He told me he would do the job in a few days. He never showed. He kept saying his equipment was broken and he kept putting me off. He sent his partner in crime Dana to lead me to believe I was picking a color for the epoxy and still didnt show. I paid him in April 2018, now it's July 2018. He wont give me my money back. He lies everyday on the phone. Meanwhile others are calling him for bids getting set up.
