This company claim to send a free waist trainer the consumer just responsible for shipping fees. Its been over a month i have yet to recieve the package. I tried to reach out to the sales team via email but did not get a response. I just want my refund back they can keep the trainer.

Level Sweat is a scam.. This so called legit online business uses other social media sites like Instagram Facebook and Twitter to advertise unmarked"used" inventory items.. Contact information doesn't exist neither...On May 3rd 2019 level Sweat posted an ad on Instagram.. The deal was pay for shipping and receive item "neoprene V2 Velcro Belt for free.. I did a little research and the site seem legit..After my payment was processed same-day May 3rd I noticed I couldn't go find level Sweat on Instagram and that level Sweat had no legit contact info.. May 13 I received text message and email with a tracking number.. however I wasn't able to use the tracking number through website because level Sweat claim the tracking number was invalid and didn't exist.. I have sevel documents to claim this company does exist with real customers but they also work with third parties that uses social media accounts to scam them.. Please someone get the scammer company off the market.. No contact information.. No valid website.. tracking number.. it's A BIG SCAM!!
