I bought ad space in two locations, set to run for a year.
I paid them $995, on September 11th 2018.
I was told it could be up & running in a week.
Neither location has the units up.
One of the restaurants owners told me he has received several calls from people & that he has never had the toppers in his restaurant.
I have made several attempts to contact this company for a refund & they do not return calls or emails.
