Gives your device pop up virus that directs you to their number. When you call, they claim to be affiliated with Apple. I confirmed with Apple that they are not affiliated with this “company”. Level x tech offers to fix the virus for a fee... (the virus they installed!) just reset phone to factory settings after you have backed up your phone yourself or contact other non fraudulent sources.
