Attempted to use photos of Australian shepherd puppies stolen from social media to pretend to be breeders selling Aussies. Asked me to zelle $850 for "Koda", the puppy I wanted. Said all medical papers and pet delivery service tracking number would be sent after purchase. Thankfully my zelle payments were not going through to the email he gave me, he next tried to give me his friend's email, Kelly Eta. When I googled both Lewis Ngosong and Kelly Eta, young men based in Africa with those names popped up on instagram.

They show beautiful puppies online with very good price and offer $150 flights for delivery, after you submit the request they contact you right always via text message,with few more dog pictures ask you few questions if you are qualified for the puppies then convince you to pay them right away, if you are excited about the puppies you’re trapped, after you make payment via Zelle to [email protected] they sent you a receipt as you paid. By the time before they ship they show you a tracking number from a site www.supermepetexpress.com that your puppies is on track to ship but need $1200 insurance before they can ship it, they actually have some one contact you for that insurance payment, and told you that they are sending the puppies to your door, after you believe and paid then they told you the create is not good for dog travel you need to purchase a new one cost $1500. And so one... until you give up to paying more money. Don’t send payment through Zelle to someone you don’t know!!!

They have puppies for sale on the website. We emailed them and they texted back. We paid deposit of $350 for puppy and when we went to meet up they didn’t show. Texted saying an accident and wife rushed to hospital and would we please send full payment and they would deliver puppy to our address. We texted back saying we wanted to stick to original plan and never heard back from them.

I saw a dog I was interested in purchasing at LewisAustralianShepherds.com. Very limited info, cute pictures of dogs for sale.They offered shipping to the nearest airport for an additional $150.00. When I asked for additional photos, it seemed to take longer than usual.Or we could pick up the dog-1300 miles one way.When I asked how big the dog would get he stated it would get to be 40 lbs. The breed I was interested in only gets to 20 lbs. Wanted to receive payment via Apple Pay, Zelle or Cashapp. So then I requested photos of another puppy-that took a while also.I tried to send $$ via Zelle but the transaction failed. When I questioned why he did not accept Paypal he said he didn't have an account. His email for Zelle acct was [email protected] --Akwe K koggerson-definately not an American name! When a partial payment from my bank failed he really tried to push ApplePay. Then he gave me an address for [email protected]. I googled that name and it came up on Facebook as a person in Nigeria! Also , if you clicked on the photos on his website, each photo had a different name-most likely taken from someone else. Finally, I asked for his address because I wanted to see the dog before purchasing it. NO Reply! This definately has to be a scam! Beware dog buyers on the internet! Ask a lot of questions and do your homework before you sent a payment for that adorable puppy!
