This was my second time ordering from this company and it was a huge mistake. I did get all of the mechandise I purchased, but when I went to return the majority of it (due to cheap/poor quality), that's when the issues started. Firstly, it took them a long time (2 weeks) to process my return. When I sent the items back (in a timely manner) I got no response and forgot about the whole exchange, trusting the money would be in my account soon. However, the company would not tell me when my merchandise got there and since this was after 60 days I was no longer eligible for a dispute with my bank. This company is not worth doing business with at all, very untrustworthy! The customer service stopped replying to my emails once I started asking for more details! Absolutely ridiculous.
