THIS ISN'T A SCAM - I COLLECTED THIS AWARD. THIS PERSON IS LYING.

The person above me on this website tried to defraud me of the money I was awarded by the American Giving Society. They stole my identity and tried to steal my money and they were caught. THE REASON THEY SAY THEY ARE "UNABLE TO ATTACH DOCUMENTS" IS BECAUSE THEY GOT ARRESTED. I received my award from the American Giving Society and I will participate in their charity sweepstakes any time I get the chance. BY THE WAY, I MET MR. LIVINGSTON AFTER MY AWARD WAS DELIVERED AND HE COULDN'T BE A NICER GUY. MY WIFE AND I WENT TO HIS OFFICES IN TORONTO. *******************DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD OF WHAT THIS THIEF ABOVE IS TRYING TO SAY*******************NONE OF IT IS TRUE!

Your post is unconvincing. Who was "UNABLE TO ATTACH DOCUMENTS" and who was arrested? It's both "THEY". None of this makes any sense. Please explain further in more detail and please be concise.
Also, your user name is a bit on the nose. How useful will that name be if you post on a different subject in the future?

I was asked to furnish funds for delivery insurance for a package that was to contain a prize-winning check. They would not allow/accommodate an electronic funds transfer EFT. Said I won second prize of 750K of which 375k goes directly to Global Children's hospitals from American Giving Society and I am to receive the other 375k. I was informed that the package was awaiting delivery by USPS.com and is held for insurance covering surety, indemnity and that the insurance fee would be reimbursed within 30 days. In searching via google, I was unable to confirm American Giving Society, Global Children's hospital nor Lexington McCarthy Stearns even actually exists. I tried reply to one of their emails, but it was rejected or refused delivery within the google system. Iam unable to attach a file I received from Jack Livingston. Everything looks so professional but in visiting their web sites - my suspicions were activated.

Ditto on everything, exact same amounts. Except it's not UPS, it's UPX "High value shipping" based on Googling the phone # 877-325-0404. Michael Mead will answer and give high praise about the law firm.

spf=softfail: is a red flag---- in a nutshell, coming from an unauthorized server

with a dmarc of none-- a red wavy flag: basically there is no protection for phishiing etc built into the email.

Sadly, a Google search on the shipping or law firm look legitimate; THEY ARE NOT.
While at Google, click on maps. An international law firm should show a lot. It shows zero.
If you've gone far enough to receive emails, click on nothing... DANGER.
I went far enough to receive emails & the last one had
" Insurance is required to be filed by both the shipper and the receiver". This may be the extent of the scam but I think it will go deeper if you continue. Just drop everything at this point.

I will give them an A+ for effort.
