Teacup puppies for sale

They were supposed to deliver the puppy for free after paying for the puppy. They stated that they were running a special and delivery was going to be free. After paying for the puppy we received an email saying that we needed to pay for a crate and they will refund us the money after the puppy was delierred the price for the crate was more than a $1k for the puppy safety. That wasn't what they told us in the beginning. We emailed back and told them that we weren't going to pay that amount and we want our money back. They refused to refund the money and they got really mad and very pushy. We just didn't respond back. I guess we lost $450 but luckily we didn't loose any more money
