First contacted by email from a real vendor we deal with regularly asking to pay an invoice with ACH since we were past due (first red flag) Second attempt was a phone call impersonating and actual real account rep for a business in Jacksonville that we buy from on a regular basis. Said we needed to pay for an outstanding invoice by credit card today or they would put our account on hold which raised many many flags. We know this person and know they would never call us asking for money especially when we didn't owe anything. The last flag was that he was very rude, that I will not stand for! Left a call back number 520-999-6301. They called back a second day and I took the call land hung up.
