I found the ad on facebook for the Loungefly Outlet Store. I purchased two items, a disney steamboat willy headband and a special edition disney Halloween wallet. I purchased these items on April 14th. They never arrived and I reached out to Mary at their support center on May 23. She appologized but refused to refund my order and insisted on redelivery. Well, it says on the 16Track tracking website that it was delivered on the 14th of this month but I never received the items, once again. They do have the correct address but even the tracking did not update until yesterday, the 20 of June. Now it says it was dropped off at my door. I have a door cam and we live in a gated community where packages never go missing. They are now blaming me and the delivery system for thie issue and refusing to refund my money, claiming it was delivered. I have reached out to the delivery company and they have no data on the package. Upon further looking into the website, they seem to have this issue of sending to the wrong address or loosing the products quite frequently.
