An individual and four guys in a white truck, introduced himself saying he was doing some work for a neighbor and offered to repair and seal our driveway and front steps, with materials that needed to be used. He said that his four guys would do the work as quickly as possible, and it should be useable in about an hour. We paid them $4,000 for which they provided us a 10-year guarantee claiming we could call them at any time. They patched some cracks and spread a water-based material called, Master Flow, on the driveway and steps. We noticed that the front steps and the driveway sealing was poorly done. They answered one time and said they would come the next day. On the day that they should have come out, they called to say that they had to reschedule. Repeated phone calls and texts were not answered.
