For my son, I ordered 2 different black sweatshirts with anime designs for $79.98. The order finally came after waiting over a month for it. I received 2 black sweatshirts but with an ugly patch sewn on and they were identical and were of terrible quality. I emailed their support address requesting a refund and a shipping label. They emailed me back stating they will refund $6 and told me to print a shipping label at the post office-mind you they never provided the return address. Their return policy on their website says it will provide a refund if returned in 30 days and provide a shipping label. On their site though, where it should show the return address, it just says INSERT ADDRESS HERE. Do NOT order anything from the company. Complete scam!
