I received a letter from Liberty Financial Lotteries in New York, NY with a check in the amount of $3650. I was to call 877-209-7254 for further information. In the letter it said the processing fee is $3500. and the check was from AT&T. It listed addresses for Los Angeles, Capetown, South Africa and London, England.
