This "company" claims to take "reservations" to hold a rental property. I found this ad on Craigslist. "No credit or rental check needed." For a "reservation fee" they will take the rental "off the market" for 3 hours to give you time to transfer funds to someone other than the company or the owner of the company. It was to be transferred to Gillian Delaney of Minneapolis MN. Once they receive the funds, then you are allowed to "view the property" and not before. They refuse to give the "rental" property's address or the landlord's name prior to transfer of funds. If you do not transfer funds by, such as, "Western Union" or "Moneygram," you can give your bank accounts routing number and your account number to "hold your reservation." When I requested to bring cash in person I was told they don't have an office. They claim to be registered with the MN Secretary. I will not send money via transfer of funds nor give out my bank account information to someone I have never met. When I questioned the validity of the company they got defensive and cancelled my "reservation" for the "rental." And got quite rude with me via text message. I was never given an actual rental address nor the name of the "landlord."
