Received a bill out of the blue in December 2018 from this organization for over $3,000.00 for wife's medical procedures dating back to September 2016. Called the number provided and the Indian-Pakistani gentleman who answered would only give the doctor's name and dates with a very vague description of the type of procedure. He pressured us to settle the amount while on the call, and also offered to reduce it. Oddly, he discouraged us from contacting our insurance company, claiming they had already paid what they owed - but gave no details & did not name them. He stated he wasn't with a collections agency but made a thinly veiled threat to forward the bill to collections if we didn't settle right then and there. He offered to have us call back & select "option 4" to speak with their "insurance department" but when we called back, there is no option 4, nor is there an insurance department. Our health insurance carrier looked into it & has not found any proof of a claim ever submitted by this organization. We strongly believe that they are phony and simply attempting to swindle us.
