Got a call from a man with an accent telling my Grandmother that she won a cashier check and she will be receiving by FedEx.  The check is for $9680.00, he wanted her to cash the check at her bank.  After she cashes the check, call him back, he will give her farther instructions.  She did cash it, she decided to call the ScamPulse.com to see what's was going on.
