I received a call from a supposed company named UBS Attorneys. They said that I didn't pay a payday loan in 2013. I knew it wasn't true. "Ivy Simpson" proceeded to give me my ex-husband's last name, my social security number, checking accounting number, my bank, home address, and current address, and former yahoo E-mail address. "Ivy Simpson" could not produce send me any documents. She said the total amount was $3580+. It could be settled for the supposed original loan amount of $700.00. I then received a text message from Liberty Solutions (LSA) and Associates out of Fort Mill, SC. The text said press "1" for "yes" and "2" for "no." I pressed 1 for yes, thinking that it was a bill my ex-husband had created. When I tried to call the phone number back (8552037313) I never got a valid answering machine.
