Website states in 2015, money will be refunded if cannot achieve waiver. Now website updated to resubmit for free if waiver not achieved first time, but if you have criminal record. We will not honor.

Isn't that the whole point of getting a waiver? Also paid $540 no receipt of payment accepted and no confirmation of anything done. No calls returned . Just forms and where to go for finger printing.

No emails returned after everything was submitted.
