Type of a scam Online Purchase

Complete different item.

Ordered a life size gizmo plush sculpture doll for £30+ whilst it was on sale; with moveable features, same as the other person on this website I will assume. I received a small, hard model of gizmo which was VERY poorly made. It was wrapped intensely in bubble wrap which held a tiny thing in the centre. Im incredibly disappointed and have emailed them for a refund that im not sure if I will even receive an email back for.

Was supposed to be the original gizmo from gremlins. Was supposed to be plushy about 14” tall. When I received it it looks nothing like gizmo is not the correct size was wrapped poorly and broken into two places
