I bought a couple of bras online from what appeared to be a USA website. They arrived and were cheaply made, too small, and packaged poorly. I called a number 833-493-2323 and spoke to someone named Mario. I said I wanted to send the the merchandise back. He told me I could keep the merchandise and they would send me $18 on a $48 purchase. I told him not and asked to talked to his supervisor. He said he had no supervisor but he would contact me the next day. The next day Mario said that if I returned the merchandise it would have to be returned to China at a cost that might be $20- $30 (if it ever arrived there!) I was furious! I didn't let him know I was contacting the ScamPulse.com and said to return the $18 and I would toss the merchandise out or donate it to Good Will.

NEVER again will I order merchandise online from a company whose name I never heard of!

I purchased 2 cooling AC units and received 2 desktop fans. I contacted the business and asked for a refund and they said i had to mail it back myself which could cost $80-$90 or they could redund me $10.

I ordered a bra from the company Libiyi. They said they were a US company and had good return and exchange policy. I received the bra and it was awful. Size was off the chart wrong and material was sub standard. I wrote the company to get information about returning and getting a credit and their reply was if I "insisted" on a return and exchange, I would have to send item to China. I have the address they told me to send it. They will offer me a $8.00 credit. I am now worried that knowing this company is in China, they now have my credit card information.

My mother who is 84 years old order some bras from the LIBIYI website and paid via her bank card. She ordered thinking she could try them on and return them if they did not fit. They represent the company as if it is in the US with a us address under the about us section of the website (DEDATA INTERNATIONAL INC. 90 STATE STREET ,SUITE 700, OFFICE 40,ALBANY, NY 12207). When she ogt the order and tried ont he bras they did not fit right or were made of good quality and so I was helping her to return them. When I emailed to get the return information, I was told I had to return them to CHINA. The items were not shipped from China so why then is it necessary to return them to China. The address was addressed to a person not a company. Also, the shipping back to China would be almost 3 x the purchase price. Their support team offered to refund 25 dollars of the full amount to have us go away. In my opinion this is a scam...there are NO refunds and the misrepresentation as a US company is BS. Anyone can fall for this but more importantly older people are the most susceptible.

I saw the advertisement for a snow boot for women over 60 that promised to be the most comfortable shoe and warm. I bought them, thinking they were here in the United States. When the boots got here, they were cheap, wrong size and uncomfortable and not warm at all. I immediately tried to email the company and return the boots. Immediately I got nothing but trouble. They offered 10.00 back and keep the boots. I said no, they were misrepresented , I wanted a full refund. I went back and forth 3 or 4 or more times over the period of a week. They told me I had to send them back myself, my cost and it would be to China and cost me alot more than the boots. They then offered 15.00 and keep the boots. This went on for another week or more. I finally got sick of it and said yes give me the 15.00 and I am still trying to sell these boots. They were a nightmare and every time I tried to find a phone number it would change. Then I thought I found the company in California, because the shipping address was there. I called there and another major runaround and they said that company was NOT associated with them. Major deception!!!! The pictures DO NOT match the product at all. BEWARE of these companies.

I ordered product from a company on the internet called Libiyi and paid with a PayPal credit account. When the product arrived it was not the quality I tought I was ordering. I am attempting to get my money back via PayPal but so far they have only offered me $8 out of the $76.97 I spent.

I ordered 3 chainsaw sharpeners from Libiyi. When they came none of them worked. I had three qualified men try to make them work finding that they would not work. Then I noticed there was no return address or phone # to return them. Found on their website an email and address in China. After two tries they sent me an email and said it would cost 50 to 80 dollars to return them.to China (so they could scam someone else) I can send you all the information ie tracking # address, their response and my order? send me an address please
