I ordered a toenail clipper from Outfany.com using a credit card from Chase Bank. I accidentally duplicated my order and tried to reverse it. It was then I realized that the offer from Outany.com was fraudulent when I couldn't reverse it. Chase Bank is trying cancel my order but it trakes 24to 48 hours to do so. Better Business Bureau please stop these fraudulent website. Victim Contact
