Received "statement" from "LicensePlateToll" for $12.45. Includes a "Transaction Date" of a whole month prior to "statement" date. Also - The P.O. Box on the envelope mailing the "statement" is DIFFERENT from the "mail to" P.O. Box supplied on the "statement". More, the "statement" says the company is "LicensePlateToll", but the website "www.ExpressToll.com" is NOT the same name. Further, there is an insert to enter to "win" a "$600 Prize Pack". States are not averse to gambling (lottery) but this insert further cheapens the legitimacy. One more sign: "Open Immediately" in COLOR is on the outside of the envelope. Government institutions are not typically known to do this.
