On July 13, 2023, I made a payment of $89.21 for a Yamaha Reface CP Synthesizer 37-keys Electric Piano, as advertised on the website under item number LV809202452CN. In an email exchange on the same day, the company confirmed receipt of this payment and pledged to ship my order within 3 business days with arrival expected within 8- 15 days of shipment. Furthermore, it was indicated that the company would handle shipping the product directly to my designated home address.

Despite the provision of a tracking number indicating that my package was being shipped, the product has not been delivered to the address I provided but instead has been delivered to an address in Hawaii. I have made two attempts to reach out to your company for assistance via email; however, these attempts have fallen on deaf ears as they garnered no response. In addition to this, the contact number provided on the website is currently non-operational. There are several YouTube videos that identify this company as a scam company.

The scammer had posted a web image linking to a offical (creditble) looking webpage selling a 55in LCD smart TV that commonly goes for over $500 for $85. When I called one of the two numbers (475-877-1011) it was based out of Redding, CT. and was disconnected. The secound number (650) 888-8870 belonged to a private citizen and she was aware pf the fake account using her phone number. I cancellled my transaction and reported it to BBB. Please take it down, it is a real threat during the 4th pf July shopping sprees and is capable of dupping may people that don't check out for fruad prior to purchase.

I saw a ad chicken plucker 89.31 at liclothina.com, I order it and I finally received a tracking number 9300120111409827131230 from Lorena Casper which was false. I order with PayPal, I file a case with PayPal and they are getting my money back. All this was a scam.
