Product Never Arrived

I seen the product I ordered on Facebook. I received an email saying my order was being processed, I received a tracking number and noticed it was coming from China so I figured it would be awhile. Every few days I checked the tracking number and it seemed to be on the move for delivery. I checked back and the tracking number posted as delivered but I never received the item. The only customer service contact was by email so I emailed the complaint and received a reply to check with my post office. The post office said that it wasn’t a valid tracking number so I replied back to the email asking for a valid tracking number but I did not receive it. The reply was asking me to check with my neighbors so I did and they didn’t receive my package. I replied back letting them know that my package was not delivered. No Response.

While logged into facebook in the early part of October. I saw an ad for a product that I liked. I quickly clicked on the link, and went to the website. I ordered the product, and started monitoring the tracking system to track the delivery. With it supposedly coming from China, I figured it could take a while. So I was patient. However, as the "delivery tracking" progressed. I noticed that the package wasn't being delivered. And a month went by, and the product never arrived.
